Welcome to Big Valley Grace Community Church!
Big Valley Grace is a Christ-centered church that worships every weekend in multigenerational gatherings, connects in authentic community, grows in obedience to God’s Word, serves one another with our God-given talents, and reaches our local & global community with the Love of Jesus.
We are very excited that you are interested in our church and in your relationship with God. We hope that this is the first step in your life-long relationship with Jesus Christ! There is no greater joy than being a part of a thriving church, and by “church” we mean the people, not the buildings or programs.
Keep in mind that every person who calls Big Valley Grace their home was once a first time visitor. We understand that this first step isn’t always easy and can be filled with anxiety and uncertainty. Because of that, we hope this page will offer you some guidance and answer some questions you might have.
One of the best ways to experience Big Valley Grace is to visit one of our Gatherings. We would love to have you join us! Please visit Gatherings for more information about times, styles and available childcare.
The Information Center (located in the main lobby of the Worship Center) exists to provide important help and guidance during your time on our campus. If you have any question or need, this should be the first place you visit!
We’re a big church. “Big” is in our name. At Discovery, you can find out how to connect with others, take a tour of the campus, learn about our core values, and begin the process of membership. Discovery is taught by our Senior Pastor, Rick Countryman.
Many people have attended church all their lives, but have never understood or experienced the blessing and responsibility of church membership. At Big Valley Grace, Discovery is the first step to becoming involved in the life of this local church through church membership.
The Scriptures call each of us to participate as joyous members of His body, not to remain as anonymous and disengaged attenders. A commitment to membership in the local body is a way to obey the command given in Hebrews 13:17:
“Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give an account. Obey them so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you.”
Discovery meets the 1st Saturday of most months at 9 a.m. in The Venue. To attend the Discovery, please register for 1st Saturday.
