- This Father’s Day Weekend, we’re looking forward to celebrating the men who faithfully lead, serve, encourage, and point others to Jesus — dads, grandfathers, mentors, spiritual fathers, and father figures. Join us June 20/21 as we worship together, open God’s Word, and take time to honor the impact faithful men can have in the lives of their families, church, and community. Invite your family, bring someone with you, and join us for a meaningful weekend together at Big Valley Grace.
New Men’s Series – “The Way of Kings”

The book of Proverbs lays out a path—a way of thinking, leading, and living that shapes ordinary men into men of character, clarity, and conviction. This summer, join us for “The Way of Kings,” a weekly men’s Bible study where we’ll dig into the timeless wisdom of Proverbs and discover how to lead ourselves, our families, and our lives with godly insight. Whether you’re seasoned in your faith or just starting out, this is a space to grow, be challenged, and sharpen one another. Don’t come alone—invite a friend to walk this path with you. Kicks For Kids

- Each summer, our Reach Ministry at Big Valley Grace partners with Modesto Gospel Mission (MGM) to collect new shoes for disadvantaged students in need. The shoes are distributed by Modesto Gospel Mission at their annual Back To School event before the students begin their new year. - Get ready for an unforgettable adventure at Kids Campus VBS: Emerald Crossing! 🌟 Join us July 6–9 for an exciting, faith-building week based on Answers in Genesis’ Emerald Crossing—with a special Family Kickoff Night on Sunday, July 5 to launch the fun together! Throughout the week, kids will journey through engaging Bible lessons, high-energy worship, hands-on crafts, awesome games, and interactive science activities—all rooted in the truth of God’s Word. At Emerald Crossing, children will discover that the Bible is completely trustworthy from beginning to end and that God always keeps His promises. Each day points them to the greatness of our Creator and the saving hope we have in Jesus Christ. This is more than just a week of fun—it’s a week of growing in faith, building friendships, and learning to stand firm on God’s truth. Mark your calendars for July 5–9 and invite your friends. We can’t wait to see your family at Kids Campus VBS: Emerald Crossing! Registration opens April 4th and closes June 28.

Kicks 4 Kids Volunteer

- Kicks 4 Kids is a ministry from Big Valley Grace that partners with our local mission agency, Modesto Gospel Mission, to distribute new shoes to disadvantaged students. We need 60 volunteers to serve our young guests and help get them prepared to start their K-12 school year! Join the team for an opportunity to be an ambassador for Jesus and Love Your [actual] Neighbor!
Women’s Precept Study Class

- This fall our Precept Bible Study class will be studying Zechariah. This class is an in-depth bible study, learning how the historical context of Zechariah’s time intertwines with pointing forward to the fulfillment of these prophecies - Jesus Christ.

- This fall we will be going through the book of Nehemiah as a church! Join our Women’s Bible Study groups as we walk through Nehemiah together, and discover real-life ways to put feet to our faith. You will be a part of a table group for the whole 7-week session, enjoying video teaching by study author Kelly Minter, and growing in your understanding of God’s Word and in relationship with Jesus while connecting with other women. This fall our groups will meet for 1 1/2 hrs, and childcare is available by reservation for kids 12 and younger.

Parent/Child Dedication

- Parent/Child Dedication is a time for parents to present their child before the church family as they commit to raising him or her up to the best of their ability to know, love, and follow Jesus. This is a sweet time of encouragement and prayer and we love having it as part of our Worship Gatherings!
