BUILT TO LAST COMMITMENT CARD & ENVELOPE
We invite every person/household to participate in Built to Last. This card includes a place to indicate the amount and timing of your commitment. You may bring this card Commitment Weekend or send in by mail.
When you bring your completed Commitment Card in person, you can use the security envelope. If you prefer or need to mail in your Commitment Card, the envelope is pre-addressed for your convenience.
